We are a small, purpose-driven Australian Shepherd breeding program in Northern Kentucky — just a short drive from Cincinnati and Lexington. Our dogs are part of our family and raised on our working farm with a focus on structure, health, and sound temperament.

We’ve always shared a deep love for animals, and our background spans years in veterinary medicine as veterinary assistants and professional dog training. That experience shapes how we raise and care for our dogs every day — with a focus on health, behavior, and responsible stewardship of the breed.
Kylea first began in the veterinary industry as a veterinary assistant, gaining hands-on knowledge of canine health and care. As she transitioned into dog training and received her Karen Pryor Certified Training Professional certificate, she developed a deeper appreciation for structure, temperament, and the importance of early socialization. That path led us to ethical breeding — where we could combine health testing, thoughtful pairings, and purposeful puppy-raising to preserve the Australian Shepherd at its best.
Our journey with Australian Shepherds began with Marshal, the dog who showed us everything this breed should be. Smart, intuitive, loyal, and always ready for adventure, she set the standard for what we love in Aussies. Although Marshal is not part of our breeding program, she is the reason we fell in love with the breed and the ambassador who inspired us to build a program focused on sound temperament, strong work ethic, and a deep connection with their people.

Astra was our first hopeful breeding prospect, but when health testing revealed issues, we made the decision not to breed her. She taught us one of our most important lessons early on — loving a dog isn’t enough to make them a candidate for breeding. Responsible programs put health, structure, and long-term soundness first, which is why we spayed her and retired her from the program. Astra is a beloved member of our family, and her journey is a reminder of why we hold our standards so firmly today.
Today, we live on our 50-acre farm in Falmouth, Kentucky, where our Australian Shepherds are part of a full and purposeful life. We raise livestock (sheep, pigs, goats, rabbits, quail, chicken, and more!) and poultry that help feed and enrich our dogs, giving them daily engagement and real working experiences. Living closely with us on the farm keeps them active, confident, and connected — the way Aussies were meant to be. Our program continues to grow with the same commitment that started it all: healthy structure, strong temperaments, and a fulfilling life for every dog in our care and every family they join.
