Information You Give Us Directly

Depending on how you interact with us, you may give us:

• Puppy applications: your name, contact information, and details about your home and household so we can evaluate a match and place puppies responsibly.
• Farm shop orders: your name, email, phone number, and (for delivery orders) your address. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Square, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
• Contact forms and appointment requests: your name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us in a message or booking request.
• Reviews: your name and the content of any review you submit for a product or litter.
• Newsletter and coupon signups: your email address (and phone number, if you provide one).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Process and fulfill farm shop orders, deliveries, and pickups
• Review puppy applications and coordinate placements
• Respond to messages, book appointments, and provide customer support
• Send order confirmations, receipts, and (if you've opted in) occasional emails about new litters, products, or promotions
• Improve the site and understand which pages and products people find useful
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers below, as needed to run the business, or when required by law.

Service Providers We Use

We rely on a handful of trusted third-party services to run the site and the business behind it. Each processes some of your information on our behalf, under its own privacy policy:

• Square — payment processing for farm shop orders. Square handles and stores your payment details directly; we never see your full card number.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for order, application, and appointment records.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (order confirmations, application updates, appointment reminders).
• Vercel — website hosting, plus aggregate, anonymized traffic and performance analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights).

Cookies & Advertising

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. Specifically:

• Google Analytics— we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic and how visitors find and use the site. When you complete a purchase, we share your email and/or phone number with Google in hashed (not plaintext) form through Google's enhanced conversions feature, so Google can better measure how our advertising leads to actual orders. This never includes payment information.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel— we use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show relevant ads to people who've visited our site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or Meta's Ad Preferences.

Data Retention

We keep order, application, and customer records for as long as needed to run the business, meet our legal and tax obligations, and maintain a history of our puppy families and share customers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask a question about this policy, reach out to us — see below.

Children's Privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
