• Review puppy applications and coordinate placements
• Respond to messages, book appointments, and provide customer support

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers below, as needed to run the business, or when required by law.

Service Providers We Use

• Supabase — secure database hosting for application and appointment records.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (application updates, appointment reminders).
• Vercel — website hosting, plus aggregate, anonymized traffic and performance analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights).

Cookies & Advertising

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. Specifically:

• Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic and how visitors find and use the site.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel— we use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show relevant ads to people who've visited our site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or Meta's Ad Preferences.

Data Retention

We keep application and appointment records for as long as needed to run the business, meet our legal obligations, and maintain a history of our puppy families. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

Children's Privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
