What We Do
Queen City Farm places health-tested, purpose-bred Australian Shepherd puppies with families across TN and the broader Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky region.
Health-tested, well-socialized, purpose-bred Australian Shepherds — OFA, CAER, Embark and UC Davis paneled. We title our dogs in AKC and UKC conformation, FastCAT, and trick dog. Many of our puppies have gone home to Chattanooga-area families.
Every Australian Shepherd in our breeding program is OFA-tested for hips and elbows, CAER eye certified, and DNA panel through Embark and UC Davis. Health and honesty aren't optional here.

We host puppy meet-and-greets and pickups by appointment. Many Chattanooga-area families do a video call first, then visit the farm to meet the parents and see how the puppies are raised.

We're roughly 310 miles from Chattanooga, roughly a about 4.5 hours drive. I-75 South through Lexington, Knoxville, and across the Cumberland Plateau.
Puppy pickups happen at our farm in Falmouth, KY by appointment. Chattanooga-area families typically drive out for pickup day — many turn it into an afternoon to meet the parents and tour the farm. We also do video calls and home introductions in the weeks leading up to pickup so you feel ready by the time you arrive.
We don't ship puppies — every puppy is met by their family in person. We can occasionally arrange halfway meetups for longer drives, but pickup day is part of the experience: meeting the parents, seeing how the puppies were raised, and walking the farm.
Because the breeder you choose shapes the dog you live with for the next 12+ years. Our health testing, structure, and socialization are worth the drive — and many of our TN families say they wish they'd come to us first.
Look for a breeder who health-tests every dog they breed — hips and elbows through OFA, eyes examined by a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist, and a genetic panel through Embark and UC Davis — and who shows you the results. Good breeders raise puppies underfoot with early socialization, prove their dogs in the show ring or dog sports, welcome you to meet the parents in person, and back every puppy with a written contract and lifetime return-to-breeder support.
