Ali x Aubrey: Upcoming Australian Shepherd Litter at Queen City Farm

We have been waiting for this moment for a long time, and we are beyond excited to finally share the news — Ali and Aubrey are expecting a litter. This will be the very first Australian Shepherd litter born at Queen City Farm, and it is a pairing we have dreamed about since the beginning of our program.

Every breeding decision we make is intentional, and this one is no exception. Ali and Aubrey complement each other beautifully in structure, temperament, and pedigree. We could not be more thrilled about what this combination will produce.

Meet Aubrey

Aubrey is, in every sense of the word, our heart dog. He is the dog who started this entire journey for us — the one who showed us what a well-bred Australian Shepherd could be and inspired us to build a program worthy of the breed.

Aubrey is a proven stud with a temperament that we would put up against any dog in the breed. He is confident without being pushy, engaged without being frantic, and steady in every environment we have ever put him in. He has the kind of rock-solid nerve that makes him equally comfortable at a busy farmers market, a dog show, or exploring new terrain on the farm.

His structure is correct and balanced, with the effortless movement and athletic build that the breed standard calls for. But it is his temperament that we value most. Aubrey produces puppies that are social, confident, and eager to connect with people — exactly the kind of dogs we want representing Queen City Farm.

Meet Ali

If Aubrey is our foundation, Ali is our future. She is the sweetest, most snuggly dog we have ever owned — the kind of dog who melts into your lap and makes you wonder how you ever lived without her. But do not let that softness fool you. Ali has drive, intelligence, and a willingness to work that makes her a true representative of what the Australian Shepherd was bred to be.

Ali's structure is lovely — balanced, well-angulated, and built for the endurance and agility that the breed requires. Her coat and color are striking, but it is her temperament that makes her special. She is gentle with everyone she meets, intuitive with her people, and has a natural nurturing quality that we believe will make her an exceptional mother.

What to Expect From This Litter

This pairing brings together two dogs with complementary strengths. Aubrey contributes his rock-solid confidence, correct structure, and proven ability to produce outstanding puppies. Ali contributes her sweet, biddable nature, beautiful type, and the kind of handler focus that makes Australian Shepherds such incredible partners.

We expect puppies from this litter to be confident, social, and versatile — dogs that can excel in the show ring, on the agility course, in a therapy setting, or simply as the best family companion you have ever had. This is a litter we have planned carefully, and we have high expectations for what Ali and Aubrey will produce together.

Raised With Intention

Every puppy from this litter will be raised using the same protocols we apply to everything at Queen City Farm — Early Neurological Stimulation, Early Scent Introduction, structured enrichment, purposeful socialization, and individual temperament evaluation. Our puppies are raised in our home, surrounded by the rhythms of daily life on the farm, and they go to their new families with a foundation that sets them up for success.

We will be documenting this litter from start to finish — the whelping, the early days, the milestones, and the journey of matching each puppy with their perfect family. If you have been following Queen City Farm, this is the litter we have been building toward, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

Interested in a Puppy?

If you are interested in a puppy from this litter, the first step is to fill out an application on our website. We review every application carefully and prioritize families who are prepared for the commitment of raising an Australian Shepherd. We are looking for homes that will provide structure, training, socialization, and a lifetime of love.

We do not place puppies on a first-come, first-served basis. We match puppies to families based on lifestyle, experience, and what each family is looking for in a dog. This process takes time, and we appreciate your patience — it is how we ensure the best possible outcome for every puppy and every family.

This is a moment we have been working toward since the very beginning. Ali and Aubrey are an exceptional pair, and we are honored to bring their first litter into the world at Queen City Farm.
