Herb-Butter Pastured Pork Chops
A weeknight-simple, restaurant-good way to cook our pastured pork chops — seared hard, basted in garlic-herb butter, and rested so they stay juicy.
Pastured chicken drumsticks grilled and brushed with barbecue sauce until sticky and charred.

Toss the drumsticks with oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
Grill over indirect medium heat, turning, about 25 minutes, until nearly 165F.
Brush with barbecue sauce and move over direct heat to caramelize, turning, 3-5 minutes.
Rest a few minutes before serving.
Farm tip: Sauce only at the end — barbecue sauce has sugar that burns if you add it too early.
Serving suggestion: Serve with corn on the cob and slaw.
