    Pound the breasts to an even thickness and marinate in the oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon for 20 minutes.

    Heat a grill to medium-high.

    Grill 5-6 minutes per side, until 165F.

    Rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
