Herb-Butter Pastured Pork Chops
A weeknight-simple, restaurant-good way to cook our pastured pork chops — seared hard, basted in garlic-herb butter, and rested so they stay juicy.
Pastured boneless pork chops soaked in a garlic-herb marinade, then grilled tender and smoky.

Whisk the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, honey, oregano, and lemon juice.
Marinate the chops for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight).
Grill over medium-high, 4 minutes per side, until 140F inside.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Farm tip: A little sugar in the marinade helps the chops caramelize on the grill.
Serving suggestion: Serve with grilled vegetables and rice.
