Herb-Butter Pastured Pork Chops
A weeknight-simple, restaurant-good way to cook our pastured pork chops — seared hard, basted in garlic-herb butter, and rested so they stay juicy.
Sticky-sweet honey garlic pastured drumsticks baked until glazed and golden — a guaranteed kid favorite.

Preheat oven to 400F. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper and arrange in a baking dish.
Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and ginger and pour over the chicken, turning to coat.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting once or twice, until glazed and the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Spoon the pan sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Farm tip: Baste the drumsticks halfway through so the glaze builds into a sticky, glossy coat.
Serving suggestion: Serve over steamed rice with broccoli or a cucumber salad.
