Herb-Butter Pastured Pork Chops
A weeknight-simple, restaurant-good way to cook our pastured pork chops — seared hard, basted in garlic-herb butter, and rested so they stay juicy.
A quick pan-fried pastured ham steak finished with a sticky maple-mustard glaze.

Sear the ham steak in butter over medium-high, about 3 minutes per side, until caramelized.
Whisk the maple syrup, mustard, and vinegar.
Pour into the pan and simmer 1-2 minutes, spooning the glaze over the ham.
Slice and serve with the pan glaze.
Farm tip: The ham is already cooked — you're just browning it and building a quick glaze, so it comes together fast.
Serving suggestion: Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.
