Herb-Butter Pastured Pork Chops
A weeknight-simple, restaurant-good way to cook our pastured pork chops — seared hard, basted in garlic-herb butter, and rested so they stay juicy.
Juicy pastured lamb burgers seasoned with garlic and herbs, topped with feta and a yogurt sauce.

Gently mix the lamb with the garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper and form 4 patties.
Grill or sear over medium-high, 4-5 minutes per side.
Top with feta in the last minute to soften.
Serve on buns with tzatziki, tomato, and red onion.
Farm tip: Handle the meat gently and make a small dimple in each patty so they stay flat while cooking.
Serving suggestion: Serve with a cucumber salad or oven fries.
